A mix of personalities, experience, and fresh perspectives, stepping into the world of indoor growing in their own way. From first-time mistakes<\/strong> and unexpected wins to problem-solving<\/strong> under pressure, each approach develops differently as the challenge unfolds.

With guidance from experienced grower Ian Collins, contestants Sarah<\/strong> and Jasmine<\/strong> are learning by doing \u2014 building their setups, testing equipment, and figuring things out as they go. Alongside them, host Karlos keeps the competition moving, bringing energy, questions, and a few surprises along the way.

From first timers to outdoor gardening enthusiasts testing new skills indoors, our contestants represent the journey many of us face when we try something new. Keen to test herself in a completely different growing environment, Jasmine sees the competition as a chance to build new skills and push beyond what she already knows. Sarah is taking on The Great Indoors<\/em> as a personal challenge, starting with absolutely zero growing experience, something she openly admits, including an embarrassing attempt to grow cress<\/strong> with her daughter that didn\u2019t quite go to plan. Rather than being put off, it became the push she needed to properly learn how to grow.

Sarah wants to master indoor growing so she and her daughter can grow and learn together, passing on real knowledge rather than guesswork.
