The controller has a built-in fan balancer through which the environment’s temperature and humidity are controlled remotely. But what is meant by a ‘fan balancer,’ and how does it work?

Once the Rhino 2EC+RH controller system is calibrated to your desired environmental settings, the controller will automatically monitor the environment for any sudden changes which may impact your plants’ health and growth. When environmental changes are detected, the controller will initiate the fan balancer. The controller will automatically speed up or slow down each individual fan in relation to the requirements of the environment. The controller’s software also ensures that the grow environment’s negative pressure is maintained to stop ballooning or imploding. This is especially important in unstable environments such as grow tents. The Rhino 2EC+RH controller system balances the negative pressure to 1% of fan speed by only switching on the intake fans when it detects environmental changes. This makes this fan controller system incredibly energy efficient, as it only powers up when necessary. By only operating as and when it is required, the controller also reduces the chance of wear and tear from long-term use.
