The heated Vitopod propagator offers precision humidity and temperature control from 5°C to 30°C with its easy-to-set digital thermostat, with accuracy within 1°C. The heated base ensures that every inch of your seed tray or pots receives an even distribution of heat. Vitopod Heated Propagators eliminate the risk of uneven growth caused by hot and cold spots. The Vitopod’s even heat is achieved because the heating elements are tightly packed together. This results in a higher success rate when germinating from seeds or growing cuttings.

Large butterfly vents in the lid and sides ensure good ventilation without needing to remove the whole lid, which would waste electricity and expose the plants to the cold. Generally, you need to keep the vents closed early on (while your plants are most vulnerable) and open them up gradually as your plants start to develop root systems.

The height of the Vitopod Heated Propagator can be adjusted with the addition of a Vitopod Extra Layer. The propagator’s lid can be replaced with a Vitopod Extra Layer, increasing the height of the unit by 15cm with each additional layer. Extra Layers can be stacked as many times as required. With the lid securely in place, the Vitopod’s stacked modular construction gives you the space to overwinter multiple larger plants inside a single unit.
