Environmental monitoring without a full control system

The AC Infinity Cloudcom Smart Thermo-Hygrometer range provides temperature, relative humidity and VPD monitoring for indoor growing environments, with Bluetooth connectivity to the AC Infinity app.

Rather than controlling grow room equipment, Cloudcom products are designed specifically for environmental monitoring and data logging. This makes them a useful option for growers who want greater visibility of their grow room conditions without installing an AC Infinity environmental controller.

Four models, two formats

The Cloudcom range consists of four models:

• B1 Smart Thermo-Hygrometer with external sensor
• B2 Smart Thermo-Hygrometer with integrated sensors
• A1 Smart MINI Thermo-Hygrometer with external sensor
• A2 Smart MINI Thermo-Hygrometer with integrated sensors

The range is split into two main formats.

The B Series features a built-in screen, providing environmental information directly from the device.

The smaller A Series MINI removes the screen for a more compact design, with environmental information viewed through the AC Infinity app.

B Series display

The Cloudcom B1 and B2 allow growers to check environmental information without opening the app.

The screen displays:

• Current temperature
• Current relative humidity
• Current VPD
• Minimum and maximum temperature
• Minimum and maximum relative humidity
• Minimum and maximum VPD

This provides an immediate overview of current conditions and the environmental range recorded by the unit.

Integrated or external sensors

Both Cloudcom formats are available with either an external or integrated sensor.

The B1 and A1 use an external sensor, allowing the sensing point to be positioned within the grow room independently of the main unit.

The B2 and A2 have integrated sensors, providing a straightforward all-in-one design.

AC Infinity app connectivity

All Cloudcom models connect directly to the AC Infinity app via Bluetooth.

The app allows growers to:

• View temperature, humidity and VPD
• Review historical environmental data
• View environmental trends
• Set trigger alarms
• Calibrate temperature and humidity readings
• Set Leaf Offset
• Download recorded data for further analysis

This gives growers much more information than a conventional standalone thermo-hygrometer and allows grow room performance to be reviewed over time.

Standalone monitoring

An important distinction is that Cloudcom thermo-hygrometers do not connect to AC Infinity UIS controllers.

They provide environmental monitoring rather than equipment control.

Growers already using a Controller 69 PRO, Controller 69 PRO+ or Controller AI+ will already have access to environmental monitoring through their controller. Cloudcom is therefore particularly useful as a standalone monitoring solution for grow rooms without a full UIS control system.
