Since the takeover of Nutriculture in 2021, we have been working hard to stabilise stock and streamline our product offering for NutSystems.
Here’s a brief run through of what we’ve been up to make sure we continue to provide the best quality products and solutions that growers have come to love.
Reaffirming the brand
NutSystems was founded in 1976, with the aim of making hydro systems for small and medium scale growers. We have focused on bringing over the best attributes of the brand, and giving faith back into those who are using the products.
UK manufacture & the same high-quality products
Our systems are still hand finished in the UK and are held to the highest quality standards and checks, so you can rest easy knowing that our systems are robust and futureproof.
Streamlined, easier to understand product offering
Over the last 12 months or so, we have decided to streamline the range of products we offer, so that we can focus on bringing you the highest quality products and the most effective solutions.
NutSystems currently offer 6 different types of growing system: X-Stream, Origin, GT, Oxypot and MultiDuct. Each have different features and benefits, to ensure you get the perfect solution for you.
Propagation
Get the best possible start for your grow with the X-Stream propagator range! Each variation has its own benefits, which suit different needs.
Basic
Premium quality propagators, without the bells and whistles.
Heated
The X-Stream Heat propagator lid sits on top of the heated base. As plants develop, the vents in the lid are opened to reduce humidity, gradually hardening the plants off, ready for transplant.
Aeroponic
The X-Stream Aeroponic misting chamber provides plants with constant access to highly oxygenated water causing roots to grow faster and stronger, unrestricted by media. This gives you an unbeatable success rate.
Systems
NutSystems currently offer 4 different types of growing system: Origin, GT, Oxypot, and MultiDuct. Each have different features and benefits.
Origin: Dripper System
Origin systems use a timer to drip nutrient solution into the top of the system’s pots at the same time every day, several times a day. Any run-off drains back into the tank so roots don’t rot.
GT: Nutrient Film Technique
One of the fastest growing techniques, the GT system constantly pumps nutrient solution to the roots, a purely hydroponic growing solution because the rockwool blocks your plants start in are the only growing medium you’ll use.
MultiDuct: Nutrient Film Technique
The MultiDuct NFT system offers long planting channels that help provide the perfect conditions for your plant. The MultiDuct provides a low-lying reservoir, allowing for taller plants even in reduced spaces. The system comes in various sizes and configurations to suit your needs.
Oxypot: Deep Water Culture
Oxypot DWC Systems are very simple to use – just keep the root tank topped-up with the nutrient solution. This enables the roots to draw food and oxygen from the highly aerated solution.
